Job summary

CSR (NI) LIMITED is seeking a Site Manager to lead a large commercial project in central London. The project is valued at around £100m and delivery is targeted for 2029, with a salary band of £70k–£80k, negotiable.

Applicants should have an HND or Degree in Engineering, a minimum of five years’ Site Manager experience on projects of £20m+, a valid Site Safety Pass, and demonstrable RC Frame or Steel Frame experience on comparable schemes.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience as Site Manager on projects valued at £20m+.
• HND or Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Site Safety Pass required.
• RC Frame or Steel Frame experience on similar value projects.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Manager.
• Managing day-to-day construction issues on site.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on site.
• Maintaining professional development and technical awareness.
