Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a site manager in construction or ideally fenestration, or double glazing.
  • Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber).
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification is required.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Control day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and labour.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.

As Site Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of window and door installation and specialist glazing projects from start to finish. You'll be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met while leading a team of skilled installers and subcontractors.

  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks

✅ Requirements
  • Proven experience as a site manager in construction or ideally fenestration, or double glazing
  • Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber)
  • Familiarity with commercial and social housing project requirements a benefit, but not essential.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
  • The site manager will have excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
