Astute People is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee multiple sites near Glasgow. The role offers a salary up to £52,000 basic DOE, plus a 25% performance bonus and a yearly profit share (~£8,000). Overtime is guaranteed and a company vehicle with fuel card are provided.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as an approved electrician and holds an SMSTS qualification, with strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset to lead teams on site.

The Site Manager role comes with a salary of up to £52,000 basic doe, plus up a 25% performance bonus, a yearly profit share (~£8,000), guaranteed overtime and much more.

Responsibilities And Duties Of The Site Manager Role

Reporting to the operations manager you will:

• Manage the sites on a day-to-day basis


• Working closely with technically skilled teams and providing practical oversight.


• Reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).


• Conducting and reviewing toolbox talks.


• Supporting site compliance, safety and quality requirements.


• Ensuring works are progressing correctly and to the required standards.


• Being a visible, hands-on presence on site

Professional Qualifications

• Previous experience as an approved electrician


• SMSTS qualified
