Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day on‑site operations for large‑scale residential developments
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality
• Drive project timelines and ensure build programmes are met
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure NHBC standards are met
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer service teams
• Deliver homes to a high standard and support the customer journey

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
• Proven track record on high‑volume housebuilding sites
• Hands‑on experience with timber frame AND traditional build
• Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple phases on fast‑paced developments
• Thorough knowledge of NHBC and building regulations
