We’re working with a well‑established contractor in civil engineering and water infrastructure to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a full‑time, permanent role.

This role requires a Site Manager with hands‑on experience in civils and water works, comfortable managing technical packages and operating in live environments.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Day-to-day management of civils and water projects

Overseeing works including drainage, pipelines, utilities, and associated infrastructure

Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and site labour

Managing programme, productivity, and site logistics

Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Liaising with engineers, clients, and project teams

Completing RAMS, permits, and site documentation

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils and water

Strong understanding of drainage, pipelines, and utility works

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

Confident in managing multiple trades and heavy plant

Proactive, organised, and solutions‑driven
