Job description

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Ensure all works are carried out safely, meeting health & safety requirements (RAMS).
• Monitor progress against the programme and produce daily/weekly reports.
• Liaise with the client, project team, and stakeholders to resolve any site issues.
• Manage quality control and snagging processes.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit‑out and M&E projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS (Black or White Card preferred).
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
