Role: Site Manager

Location: Portadown Office (Sites over NI)

Hours: Full Time- 42.5 Hrs. Pay: £45k-55k (experience dependent)

The Role

The role of a site manager will directly report to the contracts manager and is responsible for the management of the site they supervise and the employees and sub-contractors on site. The role involves managing all site operations from health and safety to planning, specifications and agreed proposals.

Requirements

• A Degree or HND in construction along with a minimum of 3 years site management experience, or 5 years’ experience gained in a similar role with experience working on projects ranging from £3M+
• You will also need a valid CSR card, sound knowledge of building regulations, H&S and the ability to time manage effectively.
• Having a first aid qualification is a bonus!
