A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a Site Manager for their Portadown Office to oversee site operations across Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction, at least 3 years of site management experience, and a valid CSR card. This role offers a competitive salary of £45k-£55k and benefits including a pension fund and paid holidays.
Location: Portadown Office (Sites over NI)
Hours: Full Time- 42.5 Hrs. Pay: £45k-55k (experience dependent)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a construction business in Portadown.
The role of a site manager will directly report to the contracts manager and is responsible for the management of the site they supervise and the employees and sub-contractors on site. The role involves managing all site operations from health and safety to planning, specifications and agreed proposals.
