Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a high-volume new-build housing site in Coventry. Start ASAP. You will manage day-to-day site operations, oversee subcontractors, and ensure plots are delivered to programme while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with proven site management experience on housing projects and a strong focus on health & safety. Coventry location, immediate consideration.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and build quality.
• Excellent leadership and coordination of site teams.
