Freelance Site Manager required for circa 6‑8 weeks on a new build school project. The role involves overseeing the completion of temporary building entrance widening, drainage, cables, services, asbestos surveys, internal refurbishment works and associated external groundworks on the old section of the school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate subcontract labour packages.
• Manage health & safety activities and communicate with senior management regarding plant, labour and material requisitions.
• Work in coordination with another Site Manager and report to the Project Manager.
• Use the contractor’s software system for audits and reports.
