Site Manager - North London - New Build School

A leading main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build school project in north London. The project is due to start on site in late 2025 and complete in Summer 2027.

Reporting to a site‑based Project Manager, the successful site manager will be required to oversee certain areas of the build, organising relevant trade subcontractors and liaising with the client.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth on site construction process
  • Managing all site labour and sub‑contractors
  • Managing the programme & minimizing/eliminating potential programme delays
  • Strong understanding of H&S requirements and regulations

Relevant qualifications and tickets – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
