Overview

Site Manager - Residential Fit Out - North London

A Site Manager is required to oversee the construction of a block of flats in North London. The scheme has been on site for approximately 12 months and consists of around 3 individual RC tower frame blocks. The project is currently at 1st fix internals stage, so experience with residential fit out / finishing packages is preferred. The site manager will manage a block of circa 80 units and report to a Senior Site Manager. This is a freelance role for 6 months or temp to perm.

  • Ensure smooth on-site construction process
  • Manage all site labour and sub-contractors
  • Manage the programme and minimise/eliminate potential delays
  • Maintain a strong understanding of H&S requirements and regulations
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification and tickets: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
