• Liaise with customers and attend operational meetings.
• Follow Health & Safety practices.

A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the onsite service teams.

The role will be working a permanent day shift, 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday.

The Job You'll Do

• Manage and action all activities required of the onsite services for the client
• Management of onsite service teams and allocation of activities to team members.
• Performing essential works on production machinery to agreed planned maintenance schedules
• Perform coolant and wash cleanouts weekly.
• Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using the company in‑house system.
• Manage fluid waste streams to safe disposal off‑site.
• Customer liaison and assisting in operational meetings.
• Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety.

About You

• Experience of working in a mechanical, chemical or production environment in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Possesses a willingness to be adaptable and flexible.
• The ability to self‑motivate and work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience within a similar position.
• This is a 'hands on' position and demands a willingness to be adaptable and flexible with the ability to be self‑motivated and work with minimal supervision.
• Must be PC literate.
• Have excellent communication skills
