Job summary

Wright Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly experienced Site Installation Manager to oversee the delivery and installation of major projects. You will manage on-site installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in line with programme requirements.

The role requires strong planning using Microsoft Project, preparation of risk assessments

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in site installation and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience as Site Manager, Planning Supervisor or CDM Coordinator.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety at Work Act and CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• SMSTS qualification/card essential.
• HNC/HND or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant industry experience.

Our client, a leading engineering and fabrication company, is seeking an experienced Site Installation Manager to oversee the delivery and installation of upcoming major projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site installation activities involving complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site installation activities
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic installation works
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in site installation and project supervision within mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic environments

• Strong understanding and practical experience with NEC contracts
• Fully conversant with the Health & Safety at Work Act and CDM regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• SMSTS qualification/card essential
• HNC/HND qualification or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant industry experience
