A leading property development firm in the UK is seeking a Site Manager to oversee site operations for retrofit projects. You will manage teams and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance while delivering quality work. The ideal candidate has experience in retrofit works and strong leadership skills. This position offers opportunities for progression within the company.
You'll take charge of site operations, leading teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality work. You'll be the key link between clients, operatives, and our commercial team—ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of retrofit works including the installation of external wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, new windows and doors, roofing upgrades, and scaffolding operations to support safe and efficient site access.
