REPORTS TO THE SENIOR SITE MANAGER
The role sits on one of our major works contracts in Aylesbury, running the site team day to day across landscaping management, tree planting and maintenance. It is a hand on job. You will be planning the day, setting the standard, then working alongside the team to hit it.
You will lead and help deliver works on site, including landscaping management, tree planting, seeding and maintenance. You will liaise with the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager to own the day-to-day management of the site team: making sure the work stays on plan, everyone on the ground stays safe, the plant is kept in good order, and the finished work is up to standard.
You will be on the tools as well as running the job, with support from other site managers, supervisors and landscapers. Some of the time you will be overseeing tractor and excavator operators, and there will be times when we expect you to operate the machines yourself, so a current CPCS A33 or excavator ticket is essential.
£38,000 to £42,500, depending on experience and tickets held.
Ecosulis was restoring nature before there was a market for it. More than thirty years of habitat creation, wetland restoration and rewilding taught us what the industry is now catching up to: nature recovery scales when it is well funded and delivering it at scale is a craft. Our work spans science-led restoration and contracting for governments and businesses across the UK, backed by our own technology and data tools, as a certified B Corp with projects across the country.
The ambition is to deliver nature recovery at scale, using tech-empowered restoration that is commercially viable and measurable, turning rewilding into a reality.
Desire to learn. Committed and tenacious. Pragmatic. Creative problem solvers. Do the right thing.
Closing date: 14 October 2026.
Ecosulis is an equal opportunities employer. We are committed to an inclusive working environment and welcome applications from all backgrounds and communities.
