Site Manager



  • Annual Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

  • Location: Scotland

  • Job Type: 6-month fixed term contract, potential extension and permanent opportunity


Our client is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations at various sites across Scotland, including Oban, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen.


Day-to-day responsibilities


  • Travel to and manage multiple sites across Scotland, ensuring efficient and effective management of all site operations.

  • Oversee the daily operations on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain workflow and productivity.

  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and risk assessments.

  • Conduct site meetings and toolbox talks to communicate expectations and updates to the team.

  • Provide support and mentorship to junior staff and apprentices, including conducting site inductions and ongoing training.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Relevant site management qualifications.
