A large healthcare provider in Hull is seeking a Site Management Administrative Assistant to support the Site Team at Hull Royal Infirmary. This 6-month fixed-term contract role requires excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills. The successful candidate will assist with transport booking and meeting minutes in a fast-paced office environment, working across 2 or 3 days per week. NHS experience is preferred, and the role includes a 7-day rota commitment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to work as a Site Team Administrative Support Worker at Hull Royal Infirmary.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills as the post includes taking minutes of meetings and general telephone enquiries.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment is also essential.
This post is included as part of a rota covering 7 days per week, including bank holidays. The successful candidate will be expected to be part of that rota and to work their hours over 2 or 3 days per week dependent on hours.
The successful candidate should be a team player who is able to work in a friendly but fast paced office environment.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
