The Site Maintenance Officer role at Kippingtons Nursing Home in Sevenoaks is responsible for managing health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors. Main duties of the job

The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing health and safety at the 55-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance. The role requires a caring and professional approach, good practical maintenance experience, and the ability to be flexible and communicate effectively with the team and residents.
