The Site Maintenance Officer role at Steep House Nursing Home in Petersfield is a full-time position responsible for managing the health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors. Main duties of the job

The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for managing health and safety at the 56-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home. They will undertake remedial work and liaise with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance. The role requires a caring and self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience and excellent communication skills.
