This is a Site Maintenance Officer role at Southborough Nursing Home, a 45-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home in Surbiton, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors on maintenance-related tasks.

Main duties of the job

The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the nursing home facility. This includes carrying out regular inspections, identifying and addressing any maintenance issues, and coordinating with external contractors for work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing necessary safety measures.
