A healthcare provider is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance tasks at the Basingstoke site. Responsibilities include managing in-house teams and contractors, ensuring service level agreements, and utilizing CAFM systems for performance monitoring. Required qualifications include a degree and HTM Authorised person qualification. Experience in budget management and ability to revise autocad drawings are essential.

The Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all planned and reactive maintenance tasks at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site including Electrical services, mechanical services, building services and grounds and gardens. A key member of the Estates senior management team the post holder will utilise CAFM systems to monitor and report on maintenance performance and compliance.
