Job summary

Pasquill Chorley is seeking a Site Logistics Manager to lead our logistics, yard and despatch activities, ensuring materials, stock and finished products are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.

This is a hands-on role on a live site where you’ll build strong relationships, create structure in a fast-paced operation and shape how logistics operates with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop and support your team.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to work with production, planning and transport teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics team, set clear expectations and foster a positive culture.
• Own yard management, goods-in, material flow and despatch activities across the site.
• Work closely with production to move materials and finished goods efficiently.
• Coordinate loading and transport to support deliveries and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, organisation, efficiency and site standards.
