A nuclear energy provider is seeking a Site Manager for the SMR Development Programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, relevant qualifications in engineering or construction, and proven leadership abilities. This position is critical for facilitating the development of new nuclear technologies in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site or estate management within nuclear, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all site-based activities by GBN staff, secondees, and contractors.
• Manage and deconflict work packages, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of work areas.
