Site Lead - Hard FM/Manufacturing

Up to £75,000 per annum plus package

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a prestigious contract in Birmingham as Site Lead - Hard FM/Manufacturing.
  • Manage the site with a background in the management of critical engineering sites, specifically data centres/manufacturing or healthcare.
  • Lead the team that includes hard services (mechanical and electrical) and soft services (catering, cleaning, security).
  • Establish clear, measurable goals and take ownership of responsibilities and commitments to those goals.
  • Manage a significant P&L account.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and drive accountability with stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
Ideal candidate profile / Qualifications
  • Strong people manager with experience of managing your own P&L.
  • Stakeholder management is essential, with the ability to engage upwards and downwards to keep the site running smoothly.
  • Experience in service delivery, SLA & KPI performance, compliance, and front-facing technical services.
  • Lead teams covering hard services (mechanical and electrical) and soft services (catering, cleaning, security).
  • Strong understanding of building services management, mechanical and electrical systems and HVAC, supported by technical qualifications.
