Job summary

Mercury-Hampton-Ltd in the North West is seeking an experienced Site Lead to manage engineering and construction activities across Europe. You will lead site teams, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and ensure works are completed to specification.

The role requires commuting distance to the North West Head Office and willingness to travel across Europe when required. A CSCS card and relevant qualifications are preferred, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or site lead experience.
• Experience in construction/engineering environments.
• CSCS card and relevant industry qualifications preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams and daily activities.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Coordinate labour, plant, and materials on site.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor quality standards and project progress.
• Support Site Managers and Project Managers in project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for site operatives.
