About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day running of maintenance operations at a large static site. You’ll be responsible for managing a small team, coordinating planned and reactive works, and ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and fabric services.

Supervise contractors and in-house staff to ensure quality and compliance.

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules using internal systems.

Maintain site documentation and ensure statutory compliance.

Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices.

Liaise with the client and support continuous improvement initiatives.
