Job summary

Top Chain Talent Ltd in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Site Lead to take full operational responsibility for a large food manufacturing site. You will captain people, performance and process, ensuring the factory runs safely, efficiently and effectively.

You’ll lead a sizeable workforce, drive safety, quality and cost improvements, and develop the leadership team. This is a high-visibility role demanding gravitas and hands-on leadership at scale.
