- Strong understanding of quality systems, HACCP and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead introduction of new products, packaging, and processes into manufacturing to meet quality, food safety, and customer requirements.
- Act as the link between Operations, NPD, customers and suppliers to deliver launches efficiently.
- Coordinate product trials, process validations, and packaging evaluations with clear success criteria.
