Job summary

Russell Taylor Group is seeking an IT Manager to take full ownership of IT across the Ellesmere Port site. This autonomous role will transform and modernise the technology environment and establish an IT roadmap with strong budget control.

You will lead Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, infrastructure and cyber security, coordinating with Group IT in the US and external suppliers to deliver projects and ensure continuity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT generalist with site leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Able to transform, modernise and professionalise IT on site.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of IT across the Ellesmere Port site.
• Transform and modernise the technology environment with defined roadmap.
• Manage external suppliers and deliver IT projects and budgets.
• Provide end-user support and ensure business continuity and security.
