Site Installation Supervisor

Location: Guildford, Surrey
Rate: £23-25 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Syntech are on the lookout for a Site Installation Supervisor with a passion for on-site delivery and health & safety excellence.

Site Installation Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for multiple engineering installations
• Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with plans and specifications
• Maintain rigorous Health & Safety compliance and manage documentation accordingly
• Track and manage project timelines, flagging issues early and finding solutions fast
• Handle weekly timesheet reporting and communicate closely with our payroll team
• Manage and maintain plant and equipment on site

Site Installation Supervisor Experience:

• Proven experience supervising on-site installation or construction projects
• Ability to work independently with a high level of self-sufficiency
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Understanding of metal fabrication is highly desirable
• Strong grasp of H&S regulations; experience with H&S document control
• SSSTS/SMSTS or IOSH certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Good written and spoken English – clear communicator across all levels
• Experience using safety software, Navisworks, or Trimble is a plus
• Full Driving License and willingness to travel around London and the South East
