Job summary

A specialist Building Services company is seeking a Site Installations Manager to oversee projects across the UK in the Energy and Food Processing sectors. The successful candidate will manage onsite engineers and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have prior experience as a Site Supervisor and hold relevant qualifications. This role offers a full-time, permanent position with salary dependent on skills and experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team of engineers and subcontractors.
  • Ability to assess risks and prepare method statements.
  • Knowledge of PNID drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Organising and supervising engineers and subcontractors.
  • Preparing and presenting site inductions and safety briefings.
  • Ensuring site rules and welfare facilities are in place.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Site and Installation Managers to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Organising and supervising engineers, subcontractors and work activities.
  • Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
  • Assessing and managing risk assessments and method statements.
  • Completion of all documents that are associated with the status of the project such as Quality Plans.
  • Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
  • Assisting Project Managers to update and plan the work programme.
  • Arranging and co-ordinating deliveries of materials, plant and equipment so that project progression isn’t halted.
  • Completing company quality documents so that site reports can be provided to the management team.
  • Attending site management meetings.
  • Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
  • Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.
  • Resolving problems and implementing improvements
  • Understands PNID drawings
  • Organising and planning 2 weeks look ahead programs
