Qualifications

• Experience managing complex hygiene/technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead auditor trained and/or 'train the trainer' qualified.
• Proven track record of managing hygiene or technical teams at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hygiene operations and pest management across the site.
• Lead, train, and develop the hygiene team, including succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, TCFG hygiene standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic hygiene plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
