Omega in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance across a fast-paced FMCG distribution site. You will be the site SME on SHE, shaping the safety culture and partnering with operations to drive world-class safety.

You will influence leaders, embed ownership of safety in day-to-day operations, and coordinate across warehousing, transport, and maintenance functions. An autonomous, people-centric leader is ideal for this role.

Competenze

NEBOSH certificate minimum; Diploma strongly preferred.
Experience operating in ISO 45001 environments with auditing.
Exposure to warehousing, logistics, or FMCG operations.
Data-driven approach to improving HSE performance.

Mansioni

Lead the site HSE agenda through coaching, engagement, and influence rather than enforcement.
Develop relationships with operational leaders, supervisors, and frontline teams.
Act as trusted advisor and critical friend to the leadership team.
Support business units through varying stages of safety maturity.
Drive behavioural safety initiatives and improve workforce engagement.
Analyse HSE data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support audits, assurance activity, and management systems.
Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor SHE performance and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Help operational managers take greater ownership of risk management and safety.
