Qualifications

• NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma and IEMA Environmental Certificate are essential.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing and leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HSE data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues at all levels.
• A flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead in building HSE capabilities and driving a positive safety culture.
• Monitor key HSE metrics, analyse trends and present performance data.
• Manage the site HSE budget and capital allocation.
• Champion HSE initiatives and support delivery of site OGSM and CBN targets.
• Act as a proactive member of the Site Leadership Team.
