Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to monitor H&S compliance and deliver job packs.
  • Assess quality of work during projects and at completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers to resolve H&S and quality issues.
  • Engage with clients during site visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare site audit reports, managing snagging and project sign-offs.
  • Collect customer satisfaction data via visits or calls.
  • Update internal systems with paperwork and job status.
  • Oversee site waste management and material logging.
  • Assist with material deliveries and liaise with purchasing manager.
  • Complete accident and incident reports, maintaining records.
  • Manage schedule, prioritizing site visits with project managers.

Skills

SMSTS or IOSH certification (or equivalent)
Competent in computer use and record-keeping
Strong understanding of construction processes
Experience in a trade background
