Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Head Chef to lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared to the set menu and dietary requirements. You will drive standards, safety, and team leadership in a structured environment, delivering services safely and on time.

You will focus on leadership, consistency, and compliance, managing stock, budgets and audits, and representing the organisation on site with a strong emphasis on quality and patient-focused catering.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef in a structured environment.
• Ability to work to set menus and standardised procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organised, calm and dependable under pressure.
• Safety first mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
