Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a General Manager (Industrial Engineering) to own a complex industrial plant and drive safety, quality, delivery and P&L. This site-based leadership role offers autonomy and clear accountability in a well-established manufacturing environment.

You will lead a high-performing leadership team, champion Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, manage budgets, and deliver measurable improvements in performance, service and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Senior industrial plant leadership with people management experience.
• Technical operations management with proven Lean / Six Sigma project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations with full safety, quality, delivery and P&L accountability.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site.
