We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Working Foreman to support an external refurbishment project in Batley. The project consists of various external repair and upgrade works, the majority of which are packaged out to specialist subcontractors. You will act as the primary on‑site presence, managing day‑to‑day activity, coordinating trades, ensuring H&S compliance, and serving as the first point of contact for residents. You will be supported by a QS and Construction Manager, who will attend site weekly and for client progress meetings. Candidates with a multi‑trade background are particularly desirable, as there may be opportunities to undertake some of the smaller, localised repair tasks around the site.
If you meet the requirements and are available for the start date, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
