Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety by enforcing regulations and conducting inspections.
• Manage site operations and progress monitoring.
• Supervise and coordinate workforce allocation and performance.

Skills

Proven experience as a Foreman

Strong supervisory experience

Knowledge of building regulations

Understanding of health and safety legislation

CSCS Black Card (or equivalent)

SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
