Job Title – Site Foreman

Project – Commercial Projects

Job Location – Co. Louth

Salary – €65K - €75K + package

Salary Negotiable depending on Experience

About the Company

Very busy Main Contractor specialising in commercial projects across the North Leinster Region.

My client is keen to chat to experienced Foremen who have a background in commercial projects from greenfield stages right through to handover.

Good site set up with support from project manager and contracts manager.

Ideally will come from a Joinery or Carpentry Background.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the finishing of a Commercial Development.
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Oversee manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
• Host tool box talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• Ideally Carpentry or Joinery Background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role on commercial projects.
• Experience working with bespoke joinery packages.
