The Site Flight Deck Leader will be responsible for leading the implementation and sustainment of GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK operating system at the site level. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive cultural transformation, ensure operational alignment with SQDC priorities, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is a people leader role and will have 2 direct reports.
