Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• At least 5 years' Finance or Accounting experience, ideally with exposure in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory control.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel/BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Hyperion, etc.).
• Cross‑functional collaboration experience partnering with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, explaining key drivers.
• Maintain accurate standard costing systems and ensure proper updates for materials, labour, and overhead.
• Analyse cost variances and identify root causes.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Maintain strong internal controls over financial transactions, reporting, and inventory management.
• Supervise and develop finance staff within the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
