We are seeking an experienced and dynamic engineering professional to join our Stoke bakery as Site Engineering Manager. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and is based at our Stoke (Newcastle-under-Lyme) location, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Role Overview

• Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the Engineering function, promote safety culture, and contribute to overall site management.
• Drive safety initiatives, develop and motivate the engineering team, lead major projects, manage budgets, and foster cross-functional relationships.
• Develop maintenance systems, implement preventative maintenance, and optimize asset availability.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven senior engineering experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent degree.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
