Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a £30m industrial development project in Chatteris.

The project involves large-scale earthworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete slab construction, providing an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong setting out and quality assurance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Earthworks, drainage, foundations, holding down bolts, and RC pads
• Managing QA documentation, as-built drawings, and survey records
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, site procedures, and health and safety requirements
• Coordinating with the site management team and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of works
• Manging Site Engineers
• Ordering Materials

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on industrial or large-scale construction projects
• Previous involvement in earthworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete packages
• Strong technical understanding of site engineering processes, QA, and setting out
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
