Job summary

RTL Group Ltd, a contractor in steel frame and groundworks, seeks a Site Engineer for a 6-month contract. You will manage the engineering, including setting out the ground works and steel frame package, reporting to the Project Manager and foreman.

The role requires a CSCS card, experience in setting out ground works and drainage, and a Civil Engineering degree or time served. Desirable SMSTS/SSSTS; the candidate will ensure site setup and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• SMSTS or SSSTS – Desirable, not essential.
• Experience setting out ground works and drainage.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman.
• Site set up and compliance with health and safety
• Completing all setting out associated to the ground works and steel Frame aspects.
• Raising technical queries on design issues.
