Job summary

DS Recruiting Services Ltd is seeking three Site Engineers for a civil engineering project near Scunthorpe. The contract is expected to run about 12 months, focusing on groundworks, RC frame and structures, with a site infrastructure package including pile caps, retaining walls and drainage.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of specialist contracting experience; a Civil Engineering degree is useful but not essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of specialist contracting experience, preferably in reinforced concrete and groundworks.
• Civil Engineering degree is useful but not essential; relevant site experience is key.
• Experience on infrastructure site packages including groundworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site groundworks, pile caps, retaining walls and drainage on a Scunthorpe area project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety and quality on site.
• Report progress and issues to the client and site management.
