A leading engineering firm seeks a Site Engineer for a permanent role in East Boldon. The successful candidate will manage site safety, productivity, and workforce engagement on a multi-million pound decarbonisation project. They'll need mechanical building services experience and an electrical apprenticeship. We have an exciting new opportunity for a mechanically biased Project Engineer to join our Boldon team on a multi‑million pound decarbonisation project in Teeside.
In this role you will effectively manage and monitor the safety performance, resource deployment and productivity of all site based activities for projects or designated area of control. Providing accurate and concise information to project management, and ensuring all frontline workforce are engaged, informed and motivated.
This is a permanent staff position with NG Bailey.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable mechanical building services experience in a construction environment, and previous experience in a similar role.
Industry recognised trade or professional qualification
Apprenticeship in electrical discipline
Experience of working on high value projects (desirable)
