Overview

Site Engineer (Residential/Commercial) – Leicestershire. Salary: Up to £65,000 plus package.

Our client, a specialist contractor with a Head Office located in the East Midlands, is actively looking to develop their operational team with the introduction of a Site Engineer. As a main contractor, they primarily deal within the Build/Refurbishment Division across residential, commercial and education projects. They currently deliver a turnover of circa £80 million, delivering projects up to £20 million.

Responsibilities

• As a Site Engineer, you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness.

Candidate profile

• Previous New Build and Refurbishment experience is essential
• Residential and Commercial experience
• 5+ years working as a Site Engineer
• NEC/JCT form of contract knowledge
