Job description

Gortmore are working with a leading contractor who are looking for a Site Engineer with PTS on a Rail infrastructure project in the Battersea area.

The candidate must :

• Must have PTS.
• Have Previous experience working on Rail projects working on Civils, RC Structures, service / drainage installation, etc.
• Monitoring, manage, distribute project information to site team and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.
• Ensure the works are constructed to latest design and agreed Specification.
• Ensure Project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
• Must be competent in Auto Cad, reading drawings and quantifying / ordering materials such as Concrete, rebar, drainage / earthworks materials etc.
• Carry out ITP’s, KPI’s, RFI’s, etc.
• Must be competent in Auto Cad, reading drawings and quantifying materials.
• Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.
• Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues
