Your Role
  • Carry out site setting out, levelling, and surveying to ensure precise delivery of all construction works.
  • Provide engineering and technical support to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout project delivery.
  • Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and documentation, ensuring all works meet design and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to coordinate site activities and resolve technical challenges.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards on site at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance performance and delivery.
What You'll Bring
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within large-scale civil engineering or secure facility environments.
  • Strong understanding of setting out techniques, GPS, and modern surveying equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across project disciplines.
  • Disclosure clearance (or the ability to obtain this prior to project commencement) is required.
